I made Jenna's recipe for my boys tonight. They each gave it two-thumbs up and said they would definitely like me to make it again. Thanks Jenna! Josh (my 13-year old) is a huge potato fan but not as crazy about green beans, so I might use a smaller bag next time (a 10 ounce vs. 16 ounce). Also, we were in a bit of a dinner crunch tonight so I sped things up a tad by microwaving the diced potatoes for @ 8 minutes, stirring halfway through. That way, the potatoes needed less time in the skillet. One final note: I used Hans spinach & feta chicken sausage which were super yummy.
